Chocolate Mousse

Made with Avocado and Protein. Your family will not notice the healthy difference!

  • 2 ripe avocado
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup good quality unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup Shaklee Chocolate Protein Powder (I used Whey)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Small pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Blend in food processor. Put into 4 glasses or ramekins sit in refrigerator at least 30min to chill.

Top with Coconut Cream
